Together with Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard (D-CA), a longtime Congressional leader in the fight to reduce underage drinking, The Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility will present the Brandon Tells His Story program for Members of Congress, Congressional staff, interns and pages to raise awareness of the dangers of drunk driving and underage drinking.
The event is open to the public and we’d love for you to come if you reside in the Washington, DC area. The event is on Thursday, July 16, 2009 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in Room B338 of the Rayburn House Office Building. Congresswoman Roybal-Allard will present a special Congressional Tribute for Brandon and Tony Silveria for their tireless efforts fighting against drunk driving and underage drinking.
If you have previously seen Brandon's powerful presentation, or you can’t make it to Washington, DC next week, please encourage your Member of Congress to attend.
