Yesterday, The Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility spent the afternoon on Capitol Hill honoring Members of Congress who have been outstanding leaders in the fight to stop drunk driving and underage drinking.

We began the afternoon with Congressman Heath Shuler (D-NC) who is committed to preventing underage drinking in his district and across the nation. We enjoyed working with him to reach high school students in 2009 as we have done in previous years and look forward to teaming up again.

She has worked tirelessly to prevent underage drinking and also in 2009 to highlight the need for DWI courts and judicial/prosecutorial education to ensure effective adjudication of drunk driving cases.
