Responsibility.org, in partnership with the National District Attorneys Association (NDAA), developed the Prosecutorial Guide to help coordinate judicial and prosecutorial DUI adjudication strategies by exposing prosecutors to promising evaluation, monitoring, sentencing, and treatment options. This publication combines proven experiences with research in the field of hardcore drunk driving, and highlights effective strategies, tactics and programs that can and have been implemented to reduce this dangerous problem. It is designed to serve as a resource for prosecutors as they address the complexities of reducing drunk driving in their communities.
