Maureen Dalbec

Chief Operating Officer & Senior Vice President, Research and Programs

Maureen Dalbec is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Senior Vice President of Research and Programs. In her role as COO, she supports the Executive Director and President & CEO, ensuring executive-level, organization-wide strategic leadership, management and excellence in delivering the organizations strategic plan.

As SVP of Research and Programs, Ms. Dalbec oversees and co-ordinates all data and insight sources and stakeholder engagement generating both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform program development and effectiveness as well as tracking the overall impact and reputation of Responsibility.org’s work, scale and reach. Ms. Dalbec draws on her extensive experience in research to oversee and manage the organization’s research and educational programs which support and deliver on the organizations missions.

She is also responsible for implementing and producing Responsibility.org’s Annual Impact Report which integrates multiple data and insights sources to provide an overall picture and performance measure of Responsibility.org’s achievements and impacts. She also co-developed the current version of Alcohol101+ and Responsibility Works and manages all KPI’s and scorecards for the organization.

Ms. Dalbec earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from George Mason University and has over 30 years of qualitative and quantitative research experience for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. In her free time Ms. Dalbec enjoys exercising, playing pickleball, visiting America’s amazing national parks, and volunteering in her community. As a volunteer in youth sports, Ms. Dalbec serves on the Executive Committee of the National Capital Soccer League.
